Riot's Massive Bitcoin Sell-off

Riot Platforms, a leading Bitcoin mining company, reported on the 2nd that during the first quarter of 2026 (Q1: January to March), its BTC production decreased by 4% from 1,530 BTC in the same period last year to 1,473 BTC. Meanwhile, it sold 3,778 BTC, with the net proceeds from the Bitcoin sales reaching $289.5 million (approximately ¥46 billion).
