Launch of Yen-denominated Stablecoin Payments

Starting from the 7th, HashPort, a developer of digital wallets, will begin accepting payments with the yen-denominated stablecoin 'JPYC' at two locations: the Chibo restaurant in Sen-nichimae (Osaka) and the Yurakucho Bic Camera branch (Tokyo), as officially announced by JPYC Corporation on the 6th.

The payment method involves scanning a QR code next to the cash register and paying for food and drinks using JPYC held in the HashPort wallet...
