2025 Internet Crime Report

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released its 2025 Internet Crime Report. The report highlights a significant increase in both the number and amount of damages related to cryptocurrency crimes in the United States.

The number of complaints related to cryptocurrency in the U.S. has increased by 21% from the previous year to 181,565 cases, with the total damages also rising by 22% to $11.366 billion (¥1.8 trillion).
