Zipangu Coin to Expand Across Multiple Chains, Plans to Include Solana with OP Adoption

Mitsui & Co. Digital Commodities announced on the 17th that it will begin the public blockchain deployment of the 'Zipangu Coin (ZPG)' series, cryptocurrencies aimed at tracking the prices of precious metals. Previously utilizing private blockchains, the deployment will initially launch on Ethereum's L2, the Optimism Mainnet (OP). It is then planned to expand to Solana's (SOL) blockchain, marking a significant shift towards more public blockchain environments.
