30,766 ETH Transferred to an Intermediary Wallet

On the 21st, Arbitrum announced via its official X account that the Security Council took emergency measures concerning 30,766 ETH (approximately 10.3 billion yen) held by an address on Arbitrum One related to the KelpDAO exploit. Related article: KelpDAO, involved in a roughly 46.6 billion yen bridge exploit, disputes responsibility with Layer Zero.
