On April 24, Aave DAO announced a proposal to contribute 25,000 ETH (valued at approximately 92 billion yen) from its own funds to aid the victims of a hacking incident at the liquid staking protocol Kelp DAO. This move is part of a cross-ecosystem relief effort to address the backing shortfall of 163,183 ETH that arose from the incident on April 18.
