New Proposal 'PACTs' to Shield Dormant Assets from Quantum Threats

On the first of the month, Dan Robinson, a researcher at the cryptocurrency venture capital firm Paradigm, proposed a new model called 'PACTs' to protect dormant Bitcoin funds from future threats posed by quantum computers. This proposal includes protecting assets estimated at $75 billion owned by Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, among others.
