In a significant move towards cryptocurrency-related assets, the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) has acquired a substantial number of shares in MicroStrategy (MSTR) during the first quarter of 2026. According to the 13F filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the fund has invested approximately $172.47 million (26.7 billion yen) to purchase 1,382,000 shares.
