Securitize Receives FINRA Approval for Custody and Simultaneous Settlement of Tokenized Securities

Securitize, a platform that tokenizes real-world assets (RWA), announced on the 4th that its subsidiary, Securitize Markets, LLC, has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the United States to expand its operations. This approval marks the first instance in the industry where a traditional securities brokerage has established a system to handle everything from the custody to settlement of tokenized securities.
