Arbitrum DAO Approves Release of 11.1 Billion Yen Worth of Frozen Ethereum

On the 8th, Arbitrum DAO conducted a governance vote and overwhelmingly approved the release of 30,765.67 ETH (worth approximately 11.1 billion yen), which had been frozen by the Security Council, for victim relief. This fund release is intended to mitigate the effects of last month's unauthorized outflow incident at the cryptocurrency staking protocol 'Kelp DAO'.
