According to a report by CNBC on May 11, Circle Internet Financial, the issuer of the stablecoin USDC, raised $222 million (approximately 35 billion yen) in a pre-sale of native tokens for its proprietary blockchain 'Arc'. The fully diluted valuation of the Arc network reached $3 billion.

In financial documents released the same day, the company also announced the implementation of the pre-sale of Arc tokens and investments...
