Digital Asset Management announced on the 12th that it has started offering digital securities backed by the ground lease of the large commercial facility 'Aeon Omiya' through its alternative investment service 'ALTERNA'. According to the company, this is the first initiative of its kind in Japan, marking a new model for fractional real estate investment that is garnering significant attention.
