Hana Bank Decides to Acquire Shares in Dunamu

According to a public notice submitted to the Korean Financial Supervisory Service (DART) on May 15 by Hana Financial Group, one of South Korea's largest financial institutions, its subsidiary Hana Bank has resolved in its board meeting on May 14, 2026, to acquire 2,284,000 shares of Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, for 1 trillion 32 billion 515 million 68 thousand Won (over 100 billion Yen) in cash.
