Strategy Repurchases Convertible Bonds Worth Approximately 220 Billion Yen to Reduce Debt

Under the leadership of Michael Saylor, Strategy announced on the 14th in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, that it has agreed to a private transaction to repurchase approximately $1.5 billion principal amount of zero-interest senior convertible bonds due in 2029 (hereinafter referred to as '2029 Notes'), for an estimated total payment of about $1.38 billion (approximately 220 billion yen).
