ICE Seeks Entry into Perpetual Futures Jeffrey Sprecher, CEO of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), disclosed at the Bernstein conference on May 29 that they are actively engaging in mutual consultations and learning with the major decentralized derivatives exchange, Hyperliquid. CEO Sprecher stated, 'We are in discussions with them and learning. They are also learning from us.'
