On May 30, Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis posted on her X account that if digital asset legislation does not pass in this Congress, the next opportunity will likely not come until 2030. As the chair of the Digital Assets Subcommittee, Senator Lummis is pressing Congress to pass the bill during this session.
