No Plans to Acquire BTC at the Expense of Share Dilution

Philip Lord, CEO of Bitcoin Japan, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard (Code: 8105), announced on June 3rd via the official X platform that the company currently does not hold any Bitcoin. He explained the reasons for this and the future acquisition strategy.

Lord cited the lack of governance and custody systems as reasons for not holding BTC...
