On the 16th, SpaceX announced the acquisition of Anysphere, the developer of the AI coding agent 'Cursor', for $60 billion (equivalent to 9.6 trillion yen) in its own stock.

According to documents filed on the same day, Anysphere will receive SpaceX stock worth $60 billion. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2026. This agreement comes just days after SpaceX's historic IPO on June 12th...
