The government of the Kingdom of Bhutan has transferred $34.5 million worth of 533 BTC to Binance, as revealed by the blockchain analytics platform Arkam's on-chain data. The transfer was executed in multiple transactions from the wallet of the state-owned investment company Druk Holding & Investments (DHI).
