On the 26th, Securitize, a company specializing in the tokenization infrastructure for real-world assets (RWA), announced its expectation to raise about $400 million based on the final stock redemption results following its corporate merger with Cantor Equity Partners II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) established by an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald.
