On the 30th, bitFlyer Holdings announced that its Luxembourg subsidiary, bitFlyer Europe, has received CASP authorization based on the "MiCA" from the CSSF, the financial supervisory authority of the EU member states. The authorization, effective from the 26th, allows the company to operate across all 27 EU member states.
MiCA is the EU's comprehensive framework regulating cryptocurrencies and related services, enabling authorized companies to provide services throughout the EU.
