According to Eleanor Terrett, a journalist specializing in U.S. cryptocurrency policy, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) officially supported the cryptocurrency market structure bill, the 'Clarity Act,' in a letter dated August 1. The letter was addressed to Senate Majority Whip John Thune and Senate Minority Whip Charles Schumer, marking the first instance of a major law enforcement organization publicly supporting the Clarity Act.
