According to cryptocurrency policy reporter Eleanor Terrett on August 3, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) officially supported the cryptocurrency market structure bill, the Clarity Act, in a letter dated August 1. The letter was addressed to Senate Majority Whip John Thune and Senate Minority Whip Charles Schumer, marking the first instance of a major law enforcement group publicly supporting the Clarity Act.
