Reaffirmation of the Prohibition Bill

On the 3rd, Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand issued a statement calling on Congress to pass legislation that would prohibit all public officials and their spouses from issuing or sponsoring digital assets (cryptocurrencies).

If the proposal, co-sponsored by Gillibrand and her colleagues, is enacted, it would be illegal for President Trump to issue or sponsor any digital assets, including meme coins.
