Sberbank Enters the Cryptocurrency Arena

In response to the cryptocurrency regulation law expected to be enacted in September, Sberbank, Russia's largest bank, announced plans to integrate a cryptocurrency wallet and a digital custodial service into its mobile app. The announcement was made by Kirill Tsarev, First Deputy Chairman of Sberbank, at a financial conference hosted by the Central Bank of Russia, as reported by Russian media RBC on the 7th.
