Ripple announced on the 6th that it has obtained an official license under Europe's MiCA regulations as a Cryptocurrency Asset Service Provider (CASP) from the Luxembourg authority (CSSF). This license follows a preliminary approval announced earlier in June this year. Ripple explained that its regulated cryptocurrency payment products are now available to financial institutions and businesses across all 30 countries in the European Economic Area (EEA).
