Empire Digital, a NASDAQ-listed company, disclosed in an SEC 8-K filing on the 10th that it had sold 1,400 BTC since May 7, raising a total of approximately $87.1 million. This marks the company's largest Bitcoin sale to date. The average sale price was $62,200 per BTC. The raised funds have been allocated to a $10 million debt repayment completed on the 7th, and to previously announced real estate investments...
