BitMine, a U.S.-based Ethereum treasury company led by Tom Lee, disclosed its financial performance for the quarter ending May 31, 2026, in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Staking validation revenues amounted to $45.74 million (¥7.4 billion), representing 98% of the total quarterly revenue of $46.54 million.
