Approximately 9.66 Billion Yen Raised, Breakdown of Uses

On July 16, Bitcoin Japan (formerly Horita Marumasa, Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 8105) announced the issuance of unsecured convertible bonds with a total issue amount of 1.5 billion yen and the second round of new share subscription rights (593,779 units) to the Cayman Islands-based investment fund EVO FUND through a third-party allotment. The estimated net proceeds, including the amount raised through the exercise of these options, is approximately 9.657 billion yen.
