Grayscale to Distribute Quarterly Cash from Solana ETF Staking Rewards

Introducing Quarterly Cash Distributions

On the 17th, U.S. asset management firm Grayscale submitted a supplement to the prospectus to the SEC to amend the trust agreement for the Grayscale Solana Staking Physical ETF. The amendment is expected to take effect around August 7, 2026, and will introduce a mechanism to convert staking rewards into cash at least once per quarter for distribution to shareholders.
