Mr. Saylor Firmly Opposes Bitcoin BIP-110 Citing '110 Reasons'

A Thorough Opposition

On the 18th, Michael Saylor, Chairman of Strategy Corp., posted an essay on platform X strongly opposing the Bitcoin soft fork proposal 'BIP-110', titled '110 Reasons Why BIP-110 is a Bad Move', clearly reiterating his stance against it.

He argued that protocol rules should not monitor or restrict the legitimate use of block space. According to him, decisions on which activities compete for the limited block space should be determined by transaction fees, miner choices, and the individual policies of each node.

BIP-110 is proposed as a one-year limited soft fork involving Ordinals (...)
