The Russian Lower House is set to conduct the second and third readings of the cryptocurrency regulation bill on the 21st, as reported by local media. Anatoly Aksakov, the chairman of the Financial Market Committee, stated in a press conference, 'We plan to pass this bill in both the second and third readings. The purpose of this bill is to establish a legal framework for the operation of cryptocurrencies within the country.'
