Digital asset management company CoinShares announced on the 21st the launch of a platform compliant with the European regulatory fund framework UCITS. According to the company's official press release, the inaugural fund 'CoinShares Bitcoin Mining UCITS ETF' was set up on the 16th and began trading on the same day at the German exchange (Xetra).

UCITS is a widely recognized investment fund regulatory framework within the EU, ensuring standardized investor protections across its member states...
