Securitize, a company specializing in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), announced on the 27th that it has officially obtained the status of a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Securitize Capital, from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, stated that registering as an RIA is a crucial step in the ongoing expansion of the company's platform.
