On-chain security company Blockaid released a report on June 28, summarizing the hacking trends for the first half of 2026 (H1). According to the report, H1 marked the worst six months on record for hacking damages, with the company identifying 212 significant fraudulent attacks, which is 3.4 times the total for the entire year of 2025.
