Former Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Chris Giancarlo, stated in an interview on the podcast 'The Wolf Of All Streets' that technological innovation in the cryptocurrency industry will not cease, even if the Clarity Act currently under review in Congress does not pass.
