Circle Internet Group, a major issuer of stablecoins listed on NASDAQ, announced on the 5th that 11 companies including BlackRock, Mastercard, and Visa will participate as founding validators for its proprietary financial market blockchain network, 'Arc'.
Arc is scheduled to launch its public mainnet on September 16.
