Russia Introduces Registration System for Cryptocurrency Exchanges as President Signs New Law

On August 4, President Putin signed a law that for the first time comprehensively regulates the operations of cryptocurrency exchanges and custodial institutions within Russia, as reported by the state news agency TASS.
