NOT A HOTEL Co., Ltd. announced on the 6th that it has executed transactions totaling 16.5 billion yen in its Series D round, which includes both raising growth funds and trading shares held by existing shareholders. The transactions were primarily underwritten by Toyota Invention Partners and SBI Group. The company also stated that it is collaborating operationally with these companies to enhance the owner experience and expand its business foundation.
