U.S. Appeals Court Officially Confirms Judgment

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals on the 4th issued a formal mandate supporting the district court's judgment against Sam Bankman-Fried, former CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX. A mandate is a procedural document that sends a case back to the district court and fully enforces the appellate court's decision.
