Grayscale to Stake Nearly All Held ETH in Ethereum Mini ETF

Amendment of Trust Agreement

On the 6th, asset management giant Grayscale revised the trust agreement for its 'Ethereum Staking Mini ETF'. According to the 8-K report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), once certain tax conditions are met, the fund will be able to stake virtually all of its held Ethereum (ETH).

The rewards obtained from staking will be monetized and distributed to shareholders at least quarterly. Grayscale will manage the distribution of trust expenses...
