Likelihood of Enactment Within the Year Decreases

Zack Pandle, the head of research at major US asset management firm Grayscale, analyzed the market impact should the Clarity Act fail to pass in his latest official research note on the 8th. He indicated that even without the enactment of the Clarity Act, the cryptocurrency market can still progress.

Pandle stated, 'Considering the Senate's legislative schedule and the unique political climate of an election year, the likelihood of it being enacted within this year has decreased.'
