Sales and Collateral Drive Reduction in Holdings

Empery Digital, a Bitcoin holding company listed on the NASDAQ, sold 1,635 BTC between July 1 and August 6, generating proceeds of $120 million. This was revealed in the latest quarterly report (10-Q) filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
