MetaPlanet announced on the 13th the establishment of a new financing framework, a bond issuance program named 'BitBonds'. Under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, they issued unsecured ordinary bonds from the 21st to the 24th series through a private placement aimed at a limited number of investors, completing the solicitation for acquisition. The initial issuance began solicitation in late July 2026, issuing bonds in four series totaling approximately 200 million yen. The redemption period is set for about three years, with interest rates ranging from 4.0% to 4.3%.
