Nasdaq to Launch 23-Hour Trading for U.S. Stocks, Competing with Tokenized Shares

Starting December 6, 2026, Nasdaq will transition to a system that allows U.S. stocks to be traded 23 hours a day, five days a week. This was revealed in the 8-K filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
