8.1 Billion Yen from BTC Sales Used for Shareholder Returns

On the 24th, Convano announced the termination of its Bitcoin (BTC) treasury strategy and the sale of its held BTC, securing 8,098,969,000 yen (approximately 8.1 billion yen). These funds will be used to prematurely redeem corporate bonds and to purchase own shares. The company will also discontinue the shareholder benefits program that incorporated BTC.
