ZCash Spot ETF 'ZCSH' Set for Listing, ZEC Hits 8-Year High

Progress in Procedures for ZCSH Listing

On the 21st, Grayscale Investments submitted the fifth amendment to its Form S-3 registration statement to the SEC, as part of the process to convert the ZCash Trust into a physical ETF. On the same day, the firm also disclosed its intention to rename the trust to 'The ZCash ETF'.

The ticker symbol 'ZCSH', previously traded on OTCQX, will continue to be used. Trading on the NYSE Arca is scheduled to start on August 25...
