Comment Letter on KYC Rule Proposal Under the GENIUS Act

The Blockchain Association (BA), a U.S. industry group for blockchain, submitted a comment letter on August 21 to five U.S. regulatory bodies including FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) regarding the proposed KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations for authorized payment stablecoin issuers (PPSI) under the GENIUS Act.
