On August 27, Digital Asset, a South Korean cryptocurrency media outlet, reported that the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Bithumb in one of the unjust enrichment lawsuits. This case was one of several filed by Bithumb against four users following the massive misdistribution of Bitcoin (BTC) that occurred in February. The verdict was related to a lawsuit demanding the return of cash obtained from the sale of the mistakenly distributed bitcoins.
