It has been revealed that the decentralized derivatives trading platform 'Hyperliquid' is advancing discussions with Payward, the parent company of cryptocurrency exchange Kraken, to enter the U.S. market. Bloomberg reported this on August 31, citing sources familiar with the matter. According to the report, if regulatory approval is obtained, Hyperliquid plans to offer certain perpetual futures based on its technology to registered U.S. users through 'Bitnomial', a derivatives exchange regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) under Payward.
