Securitize, a U.S.-based company specializing in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), and Socios.com, a platform for sports fan tokens, announced on the 2nd a strategic partnership.
The aim of the collaboration is to tokenize and offer minority stakes in professional sports teams in a regulatory-compliant manner. The companies stated that by combining their strengths, they seek to explore new models of capital formation and ownership in stocks.
